We deliver our products to all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If you are outside our delivery coverage area, you can contact us to find alternative solutions.


2. Shipping Time

Shipping time varies depending on the customer’s location and the nature of the product:

  • Cairo and Giza: 2 to 3 business days.
  • Other governorates: 4 to 7 business days
  • In some special cases (such as large orders or during busy periods), the shipping process may take additional time.

Note: Our working days are from Sunday to Thursday and do not include official holidays.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Within Cairo and Giza: Shipping is free for orders exceeding [00000] EGP
  • Other governorates: Shipping fees are calculated based on the product weight and the customer’s location. The final cost will be shown during the checkout process.
